Ingredients:
1 box of Roni chicken flavored rice
4 c. boneless chicken
1 can of cream of onion soup
8 oz. sour cream
2 c grated cheddar cheese
Fried onions for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
The rice is cooked in the form of a roni according to the instructions on the package.
Stir soup and sour cream into rice.
Adding chicken to the rice mix and stir.
Spreading mixture in bottom of a well-greased 9*13 baking dish.
Top with grated cheese and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove, let cool for 5 minutes, garnish with fried onions to taste and serve.
