Ingredients:
4 slices bread (your choice)
1 cup cooked spaghetti
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons butter, softened
Instructions:
Prepare the Spaghetti:
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare for Grilling:
Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Assemble the Sandwiches:
Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.
Top each slice with:
A layer of cooked spaghetti
A generous amount of marinara sauce
A sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese
Cover with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
Grill the Sandwiches:
Cook the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serving:
Remove from the heat.
Let the sandwiches cool for a minute, then slice and serve.
