Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
Add the chopped onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook until the onion is soft and translucent, and the beef is cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly in the bottom of the prepared pie dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, flour, eggs, and baking powder until smooth. Pour the mixture over the beef and cheese in the pie dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set.
Remove from the oven and let the pie cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Serve slices of Pioneer Woman Cheeseburger Pie with your favorite burger toppings, such as chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
